1. Nominal width of lapping: 2500mm; Width of bottom curtain: 3200mm
2. Line speed of entering: 40m/min(maximum)
3. Line speed of bottom curtain: 6m/min(maximum)
4. The wall plates are built up of steels plates and channel steels
5. The curtain in middle part for delivering the fiber is made of anti-static leather, others are wooden
6. The slope curtain and the loop curtain are driven by a 1.5kw motor each, the bottom curtain is driven by a 2.2kw motor, the reciprocating motor is 3.0kw
7. The motors are all frequency controlled with position switch or PLC
8. The bottom curtain is fixed with 2 turbine hand wheels, manual adjust up and down
9. Install capacity: 8.2kw
