Aiming for China's market for small elastic yarn machines, this machine is launched by us after years' research, development and design. With independent intellectual property right and many patents, it is the update of small elastic yarn machine currently in China, it has the following features.
1. With high electromechanical integration, it inputs and sets process through the touch screen and it can synchronously adjust all driving parts, so it is easy to operate.
2. It heats by hot box, and sets on one panel. It makes cyclic inspection with high temperature control accuracy.
3. Adopting disc pack false twister and water-cooled System, the yarn quality is better.
4. In the driving part, it controls speed by a single motor, converter and encoder, so it can process diferent types of elastic yarn.
5. Arc tooth synchronous belt has small impact, which can reduce noise.
Ring spindle is driven by roller disc or tangential belt, which can reduce spindle difference.
6. Each section has 16 spindles. Customers can freely select 96 spindle/set 144spindle/set and 192 spindle/set according to their own needs.
7. The yarn spinning speed is up to 300m/min. Generally, it is 250m/min.
