Soosan socks knitting machines can knit all kinds of socks: Plain, False rib, Double-ribtop, Mesh, Tuck Stitch, Normal Terry, Half Terry, Part Terry, Full Terry, Terry Jacquard, Elastic Jacquard, Rib stitch socks (possibility change from 1: 3, 2: 2, 5: 1, etc), Y-heel, Wrist band, Pantyhose, Tights, Finger socks, 3D socks, etc.

Main Features of our machines:
1. Drumless & Fully computerized controlled driven by brushless servo-motor
2.32-bit controller; Optional for Deimo(Italy) or MD(China) brand
3. More than 200 kinds of chain programs inside of controller initialy, possible tomake new program for any request
4. One main feed plus five pattern feed, Possibility of making 6-colour patterns plus the ground colour on the same course, for a total of 16 colors plus ground color on the sock.
5. Control yarn desity, elastic yarn, stitch cam by Stepping motors
6. High efficient reciprocated knitting in true heel and toe
7. Electro-pneumatic controlling on yarn finger and cam; F-TEC solenoid valve made in Korea
8. Automatic lubrication device
9. Auto-testing, error sensor and self-protection system
10. Euipped with an USB transmission device for easier data reading and storage
11.3-month baterry backup for stored programs, which maintains the memory of program and knitting action if temporary electric power termination happens. When the power is restored, machine can continue knitting to reduce the loss or wastage
12. Stitch density, speed, course length, sice, quantity, chain and jacquard programs etc can be modified and saved into disk
13. Modification of needle number and gauge could be operated on keyboard after changing cylinder
14. LCD allows the operator to easily supervise knitting conditions including: Erro information, stop signals, speed, etc

NEW FUCTION AFTER REVOLUTION:
1. Double picker machine
Two pickers to decrease the extent of to-and-fro running for making toe and heel, increasing the knitting speed and enable to make 3D socks
2. Any terry machine (PATENT TECHNOLOGY)
Design patterns for terry specially, to knit terry according to pattern and make any terry for toe and heel
3. Automatic control system of dial sinker bed (PATENT TECHNOLOGY)
Dial sinker bed can move up and down automatically under the control of stepping motor to get the different yarn length of back side
4. Rolling fabric tube ( PATENT TECHNOLOGY)
To avoid the setting problem, due to the sock is too long to be twisted in tube
