The RL500 rotary cup yarn-spinning machine is a mono-stratum two-sided, air-bleed spinning equipment with impurity-eliminating system, designed on the basis of modulization. It is applied to comb the yarn strips and spin them directly into fine yarns. The raw material can spin including diverse short-staples and the fibers with a cutting length of 40mm. For the viscose fiber the permissible length is 60mm. The strip can have an impurity content as high as 2%. It has the advantage of high speed, , electro-mechanical integration and easy operation, applicable to spin cotton, viscose, chemical and blended yarns.
