Panel rewinder is a mechanical equipment rewinging tested panel onto grand reels.
The rewinder is reduced through three pairs of pulleys. The rotation rate nearest to grand reel is 96.4 r/min and that of seriplane board is 144.6 r/min. Thus the linear velocity of grand reel corresponds to that of seriplane board I. E 96.4: 144.4=1: 1.5. The motion speed of the traverse rod after being reduced via small reducing gear shifting box registers 58.5/mm.
Seriplane board acts as a driving part in the rewinder which prevents silk from breaking and guarantees quality.
The machine will run normally as soon as the start button is pressed and clutch turned on.
