The machine is a sort of new type textile machine, which have high efficiency. It could afford combing preparation for Comber, at the same time, could provide middle working procedure for double combing. Combing? Sliver Lap? Combing. It is a prepare machine of the high speed Comber. The machine use 18~28 slivers which come from Drawing Frame, double to become web, the two web convolute to the lap which diameter is 500-650mm is used to comber. Or use combing sliver double to become web and then convolute the lap to use to Comber.

FEATURES
1. It could make combing preparation for Comber, at the same time, could provide middle working procedure for double combing. It has high speed and avoided the phenomena of the cotton lap to have conglutination
2. The gear ratio at the gear-box achieve zero draft in substance. (The least draft is about 1.06)
3. Adopt active feeding equipment. Reduce suddenness drafting.
4. Draft part and the part of calendar roller is at the same flat which could eliminate the web climb slope and reduce suddenness drafting.
