The sophisticated sewing machine line including the below five parts

1. Auto feeding: Includes photoelectric monitoring freely. The photoeletric monitoring device supplies right quantity of cloth depending on the variation of sewing speed.

2. Auto sewing: Main sewing machine adopts JUKI Union Special 1261 machine. Needle gauage: 3.2/3.2mm, stitch lenght: 3-4mm. Sewing speed: 7-10mm/min; The sewing speed is adjustable according to different cloth and stitch thread. Needle cold blow device. Pneumatic presser foot device. Non-woven fabrics cloth guiding parts are also provided. This production auto line has the woven material automatic sewing function yet special accessories used for woven material must be added

3. Storing part: Sewn bag is stored here to ensure foregoing sewing not interfering with successive cutting off and material shoving, which will interrupt the running of the whole system. Auto fixed lenght cutoff: Lenght of bag will be set here, the cut will be done in case of the set length reached. And the bag will be pushed away from the production line waiting on the windrow table for inspoction.

4. Main control unit: Programmable logic controller(PLC) is adopted to control the pneum-atic element. Transducer and pholosensor to ensure the harmony and automatic operation of the overall system and also display the yield of that day.

5. Key elements adopt producing from US, Germany and Canada to ensure the reliable operation and prolong the service life.

The system uses speed motors. Speed the pace can always adjust, large-screen LCD monitor trace the entire operation of remote start and stop, one at the some time on multiple machines.
