Socks Knitting Machine (Normal Model)

This series machine can knit width and length unlimited socks, can knit the socks with 16 colors at max. It can knit tabby, rib, net, tuck, terry, half terry, parts terry, terry jacquard, elastic jacquard, big heel, reverse toe, yarn change in heel, multi layer rib collar, sole thicken, left-right pattern socks, pantyhose, tights, leg warmers Knee Warmers, wrist support, oversleeve, headband etc.

TECHNICAL FEATURE

Drumless & fully computerized control system;
More than 200 kinds of chain programs inside of controller initially, possible to make new program for any request;
One main feeder plus five pattern feeders for possibility of 16 colors;
High speed, high production capacity, around 30 dozens for ankle socks in 24hrs;
DEIMO 32-bit controller from Italy or another controller are optional according to customer's requirement;
Error self-check and machine stops automatically, error information showing on LCD;
Control yarn density by stepping motor;
Possibility to control the scales of socks with feeding elastic yarn by stepping motor;
Automatic lubrication device;
Possibility to modify the density, speed, cycles for each step;
Modification of needle number and gauge could be operated on keyboard after changing cylinder;
Simple and convenient pattern designing system, STYLER 4 or STYLER 5 can run under Windows98/XP;
Available for 220/380/440V, 3-phase 50/60Hz.
NEW FUNCTION AFETR REVOLUTION

Double picker machine:
Two pickers to decrease the extent of to-and-fro running for making toe and heel, increasing the knitting speed and enable to make 3D sock.
*Any terry machine:
Design pattern for terry specially, to knit terry according to pattern and make any terry for toe and heel.
*Automatic control system of dial sinker bed:
Dial sinker bed can move up and down automatically under the control of stepping motor to get the different yarn length of back side.
*Rolling fabric tube:
To avoid the setting problem, due to the sock is too long to be twisted in tube.
