MR160-11C Sawtooth Linter
As for design aspect, we break through traditional structure, so this MR160-11C sawtooth linter has a huge change, all the front plate, rear plate and melamine plate are changed into round involute shape from its former arc shape, also the internal volume is increased so that the resistance force becomes less when the cottonseed roller rotates, so the energy consumption can be reduced effectively. Besides, the rib-strip is extended and the arc is changes as well to improve the extending length of saw blade from 40mmm to 48mm, also the tooth number of saw blade is increased from 57 to 67 so that the output efficiency can be enhanced. This historical break-through was awarded patent and bring our customers better economic benefit.
During the process of lint stripping, there is one automatic control and calibration which can be started according to program of this machine. Besides, the motor of cottonseed feeding is equipped with 3-phase transducer (FRNE11SO. 75)used for real-time control for cottonseed feeding amount so that the density of cottonseed roller can be fine regulated, also the output, quality and performance can be guaranteed. After regulation, one operator can control 12 machines so that the labor can be saved by two times.
