HY368B General shaft high speed doubling machine

[ Applicability ]
Mainly applicable to processing cotton, wool, polyester, chemical fiber and blended yarns, joining bobbins of different specifications and different raw materials into parallel bobbins which are to be processed on short fiber twisting machine.

[ Main Features ]
*. Applies one-side motor driving and frequency conversion speed regulating system, making it still easier to regulate winding linear speed and more flexible to regulate technical parameters;
*. Application of electronic end breakage detector allow to avoid any plied yarn absence;
*. Application of warning-reset pushbutton makes it easier to discover yarn breakage bobbin position;

*. Application of section-based assembly structure has shortened on-the spot installation time consumption.
*. Operating panel: Simply and handily operatable, allowing to set linear speed, set and monitor the length of running line easily.
*. Pneumatic lifting device: Design of pneumatic shovel allow to shovel bobbins up immediately at yarn breakage and join ends very handily.
*. Tension device: Through adding/reducing tensile blades it is very easily to effect tension adjustment.
