HY368D Box-type spandex doubling machine

[ Applicability ]
This machine is a preparatory unit for short fiber twisting machine. It joins 2 or 3 plied yarn filaments into one filament and winds them into circular parallel bobbins.
Applicable to doubling cotton yarns, wool-polyester yarns, chemical fiber yarns and blended yarns. Especially applicable to doubling low elastic yarn with spandex yarns. Furthermore, for spandex yarn alone there are several drawing ratios for choice.

*. Single spindle motor-driving. Flexibly linear speed regulating;
*. Frequency conversion speed regulating and end breakage detector help to avoid any plied yarn absence;
*. Electronic length determining device is to set yarn speed and monitor length of running yarns with handiness and reliability;
*. Application of central computer program setting give a precise data memory;
*. Section-based assembly structure shortens on-the spot installation time;
*. Electronic piling-preventive device brings beautiful & tasteful formation of spindles;
