Technical features:
1). The drying speed is high
The time for the drying of each batch is around 2.5 hours, which greatly improves the production capacity. If each day one batch includes 700 bobbin, the daily production volume can be more than 4.8 tons
2). Strong evaporation
According to the statistics, the evaporation can be more than 110 kg/hour which is higher than the 74.9 kg/hour of the radio frequency machine and more higher than that of the traditional hot wind drying machine.
3). Low energy cost

The product adopts the overseas advanced technology and uses the hot air circulation system as well as the insulation measures. The main motor uses the frequency conversion control and the scale control automatic control valve, which lower heat and electricity consumption to the lowest level. The steam consumption is kept under the 200 kg/hour (equals to 0.9 ton of steam/each ton of yarn), the electricity under 30KWH/(equals to 175 kwh/each ton of yarn), which lowers the cost of drying cheese.

4). A high degree of automation
The machine is controlled by computer automatically while there are 20 sets of A. B modes of software, which can be used for different kinds of yarns and processing techniques. Following the set program, you can automatically control the temperature, wind volume, wind pressure and the return of hot wind. It is also equipped with alarming and emergency stop system and the manual control mode which makes it easy to control and choose.

5). Air filter
This machine uses the overseas advanced filter device, which has multiple filtering, to make sure the cleaning degree of air in the drying room can reach the requirement. It can prevent the particle pollution such as dirt, impurities from polluting the cheese so that it will have good effect on the light cheese drying.
