SLMA1113-W1 AIR-FLOW SOFTENING & DRYING RANGE

1. Applications: The machine is used for continuous finishing and open-width drying of woven or knitted fabrics weighing from 150 to 800G/M2 for the purpose of obtaining good hand properties and low shrinkage. For towel fabrics, loops can be made very natural and a special hand property will be achieved with most deal natural shrinkage.

2. Process Sequence(Two chambers):
Expanding and centering device-tensioning frame-winch-fabric tank A-striking device-fabric tank B (fabric is tumbled and striken repeatedly between fabric tanks A and B)-expanding and centering device -intermediate winch-fabric tank C-striking device-fabric tank D(fabric is tumbled and striken repeatedly between fabric tanks C and D )-air cooling device-screw expanding-expanding and centering device-belt and winch for transmission-plaiting device
