1). NSD series dyeing machine
The NSD dyeing machine is normal temperature normal pressure jet yarn dyeing machine, with capacity of 3-700 kg. The maximum working temperature is 98 degree Celcius, which is suitable for dyeing silk, rayon, nylon silk cotton fiber, yarn and etc. The type of machine can complete the yarn dyeing, refining, bleaching, washing and post-treatment in the load for one time. It not only has the advantage of short cycle of jet dyeing, the low bath ratio (1: 12-15)but also has the following effect; 2 the special pump design.
The quality of the dyeing machine is determined by the main circulation pump. The NSD series main circulation pump system is designed by on our own based on the experience and the Japanese water pump. The design for low rotation rate improve the air corrosion capability and prolong the working life. The whole machine is safe and reliable to use.
2). Adjust the load and the flow and ensure the dyeing quality.
According to the customer needs, NSD series machine can adjust the load volume. According to the different type of yarn and the quantity, it can adjust the water flow and pressure which can achieve the perfect dyeing effect.
3). Special design and first-class quality
The jet pipe made of 3mm stainless steel pipe is endurable. The dyeing body floats on the pipe and there is little friction between yarn and the pipe; The weir jet pipe has several functions such as spraying the dyeing liquid and the turning over the yarn which prevents the winding and knotting of yarn. The dyeing loss is extremely low.

3mm superior stainless steel spray pipe durable. Yarn dyeing body floats on the nozzle, yarn and pipe friction small, The spray pipe flow type weir, integrating spray liquid yarn, avoid displacement function of yarn winding and knot dyeing attrition, very low.
