The SP2x85KW (SP85KW) Radio frequency Dryers are new generation drying machines manufactured by the latest technology in the world. The yarns, after dewatering, can be dried by radiofrequency heating with high efficiency and good quality. It is suitable for various fibers such as synthetic fibers, man-made fibers, wool fibers and plant fibers etc.

By means of advanced technology the machine directly transfers the electromagnetic energy into the water molecules containing the yarn which wants drying. There is practically no peripheral mass loss during the drying process. The output energy can be utilized completely and the energy consumption is in direct proportion to the water ration. Therefore the operating cost can be reduced.

The good permeability of the electromagnetic field makes the drying even and fast. The traditional heat air circulation system is adopted in the inlet and outlet of the machine that causes certain bulk effects on the fibers and greatly improves fibers elasticity, softness, hand feeling and color results, thereby guarantee the quality of the products.
