Usage:
This fabric folding machine is suitable for doubling and stitching tricot and warp knitted, tatting, knitting fabrics and lycra before dyeing.
Characteristics:
1. Equipped with edge spreading device and lambdoidal rollers to eliminate curled edge.
2. Photoelectric hydraulic stainless folding frame made in Taiwan provides better effect on doubling up fabrics.
3. Process: Fabric fed in--Auto. Centering--Auto. Folding--Stitching--Plaiting the fabrics.
4. Auto. Centering machine has been adopted by this fabric folding machine.
5. Equipped with two sets of high speed twin chainstitch machine.
6. Photoelectric edge tracking system could adjust the position of stitching.
7. Just one operator is needed to handle all the process of this machine.
8. Equipped with four inverters to ensure the constant fabric tension during work.
