ZY series 1-12 heads machine can be reach800 PRM, 15-18 heads machine speed is 750. The maximum head are 18 for the tuft embroider
1)the stitching thread extent have been broken through and rached to the shortes height 8mm, it reduce the original thread wasting largely.

2)after improvement to the cam box, the new machine can sitich five fold thicker thread than the 608# PP thick thread, this promote the embroidery technics more diversification.

3)one big breakthough is that the machine has improved to mix all function of tuft/normal embroidery/sequin embroidery and ready -to-wear clothes /hat embroidery, triple up as one machine from original single tuft chiffon stitching.

4)we have succeeded in developing one new embroidery technics"pull silk embridery", it can make good designs without base thread and pad, then reduce the embroidery cost largely
