1. This feeder is used for medium to coarse denier fibers to store the opened fiber and then facilitate the transfer of an even layer or even quantity of fiber across the width of the machine to feed the card.
2. Average roller and stripping roller drive separately.
3. Spiked lattice controlled by inverter.
4. Photo electric sensors continually control fiber levels in the unit.
5. In addition, there is a vibrating plate for even and accurate feeding.
