Main description:
The whole line of cushion filling machine is an automatic filling line according to the highest technology in the Europe market.
It works with two kind of material, one is hollow conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber opening, another one is foam chips.
We will need only one or two operators to handle it up with Siemens control system with efficiently function.
One of the operators should work at the feeding blower of foam chips manually feeding and another one should work at the 9 nozzle vacuum system.
Put a whole bale of polyester fiber into the bale opener that will be sent into the opening machine and next programs directly.
There are 2 mixing tanks assembled with scales under the tank feet that are ready to mix the different material according to the different requirements of mixing percentage, so that saves time for the whole line operation.As soon as the material is running out from the first tank, it will be switching to the second mixing tank automatically.Both of the foam chips and fiber unit will be connected the mixing tanks already that without any manual operation in this program.
The material that already mixed will be delivered into the weighing scale directly from the tank.
2 sets of weighing system run at the same time to achieve enough capacity.
First of all, set up the cushion weighing data for each item and the machine will be running automatically according to the data.
One operator is able to control the filling unit with 9 filling nozzles.
